Refund policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Rocket Rons if an order has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure the order is delivered and received.

Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside outside of delivery guarantees. In the unfortunate event that an order has been damaged through the delivery process we will replace the damaged items. In the event you would not like a replacement, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. If you need to return an item, please contact us
