How do I order?

Making an Order
Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section. All orders will be confirmed by email from Rocket Rons. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full and your products are handcrafted for you.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please immediately contact us. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Rocket Rons Once orders have been shipped orders can not be cancelled.
Delivery
Rocket Rons offers delivery nationally with Australia Post or Courier Service (depending on the delivery location) and shipping is at a fixed rate
Deliveries are Monday to Friday. It is recommended that a delivery address is used where there will be someone present e.g. a work address.
Delivery Time Frame is 10-14 business days.
